About Marco Peruzzi
Marco Peruzzi began his career in music in 1987 at Duck Café, a legendary rock club in the south of France. There he created a lasting partnership with DJ Harry DeVries, who passed on to him the art of entertaining dancers while respecting musical integrity.
From 1989 to 1990 Marco was a resident the Factory Club in Marseille mixing Detroit techno, Belgian new beat, house and rock. He later became a resident at the Pop Art Club, and began a rave collaboration with DJ Jack de Marseille and DJ Sonic.
Marco was a resident at Le Perroquet Bleu Lounge Club in Marseille from 1992 to1996, where his mixes became heavily influenced by Jazz, Soul, Disco and Funk. In this time he spun with several guest DJs including Gilbr and 100% Isis.
From 1997 to 2000, Marco took various residencies in England, Italy and Switzerland. Before moving to New York in 2004, Marco took residencies in the Villa Romana in St. Tropez, the Kings Club in St. Moritz, Platinum Club and Capocaccia Lounge in Geneva. In New York, he has taken residency in the hottest nightlife venues the city has to offer; Pink Elephant, Cain, the Groovedeck at B.E.D., Guesthouse, Crobar, Fredericks, and the member's only club Fizz. He has also made guest appearances at Cielo and Aer Lounge. Currently resident dj and music director at Pink Elephant NYC and monthly at LED Club in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic).
